Nocatee Movers

Stair Masters Moving is a local moving company serving Nocatee homeowners in new construction neighborhoods across St. Johns County. Nocatee’s newest sections are built almost entirely on two-story floor plans, with primary suites upstairs, media rooms over the garage, and switchback staircases that a box spring or sectional does not turn easily. The community has grown from about 4,500 residents in 2010 to more than 22,500 by 2020, so new sections and new staircases keep appearing every year. Our movers train specifically for this kind of job, carrying furniture around tight upstairs turns and switchback landings in brand new homes without marking a freshly painted wall. Nocatee sits along the St. Johns and Duval county line in northern St. Johns County, on roughly 13,300 acres that was mostly pine flatwoods before The PARC Group broke ground in 2005. The community’s population growth has been dramatic, and new sections keep opening near the Crosswater amenity area and Nocatee Town Center. Most homes are new two-story construction with three-car garages, though the community also includes townhomes and condos closer to the town center. Amenities like the Splash and Spray water parks, Crosswater Hall, the Nocatee Landing paddle launch, and miles of nature trails make Nocatee feel more like a resort than a typical subdivision, but move-in day still comes down to getting a moving truck through the gate on time.
