I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Stair Masters Moving! Alex, Patrick, Wyatt, and Bruno were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, confident, incredibly positive, and each of them had the best personalities. Moving from a two-story townhome to another two-story townhome is no easy task, but this team handled everything with such care and efficiency. Their communication was amazing, and they were clear, confident, and organized throughout the entire process. They carefully wrapped and protected all of my belongings and treated everything as if it were their own. What really stood out to me was their attitude. They worked hard, stayed positive, and made what could have been a very stressful day feel so much easier. I truly felt like my belongings were in the best hands. And I have to give a special shout-out to Tyler, the owner and an incredible leader. You can tell a lot about a company by the people who work for it, and Tyler has clearly built a team that takes pride in what they do. Friendly and fast. They know how to save space. I recommend them. In fact I am using them again next week for a different move. I do wish truck rentals were cheaper everywhere not just here.

The day of the move Max, Brian, and Deegan arrived on time and quickly moved all my items. These young men were all very polite and respectful. They wrapped everything and where very careful with all my items. Upon delivery they were very careful with my items and put everything back together for me and made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. I have nothing but great things to say about stair master movers. They moved us out of our rental home into our new incredibly quickly. But more important than that the full process makes you feel taken care of. I was contacted before I even started the self estimate by the lovely office manager who actually works with your schedule. I get the trepidation people have of having strangers come to the house to do a walk through estimate but it truly is the best way to do it if you want to know a truthful estimate of what costs might be. That plus all the reviews are true and Tyler really is that personable and tries to make sure that you feel heard and gets you what you need. On actual moving day the team they sent us was amazing who worked tirelessly . Quickly , efficiently and best of alll as a team. They got our job done in half the amount of time it was quoted. So truthfully if you are looking for a moving company that will take care of you and your stuff they were one of the best company’s I have dealt with.

We had a great experience with a “load only” move. The owners reach out to you directly and they are very friendly, professional, and flexible! We had a short frame time to move, and we let them know what times works for us and they were more than happy to help us. Owner, Tyler, came out and did a very thorough and personalized estimate for us and made sure we had everything we need to have a successful move. He gave us a great group of movers Eric, Justin, and Kyle. They loaded our stuff into our truck very carefully and it was great to see they all enjoyed doing their job. Thank you guys!!

There’s a reason why Stair Masters comes up at the top when you search up movers on Yelp. This was my first time ever using a moving company and I had a fantastic experience with Stair masters. Tyler did a walk through with me to give me an estimate for my loading. He advised on how many moving blankets, bungee cords and other items I will need for the loading and he was spot on. Team came in on the decided date and were very thorough and careful with all my Items. I had a ton of fragile stuff (glass, crockery, 70inch OLED tv, and a very expensive gaming equipment) and the team did an outstanding job of packaging it and securing it properly in the truck so it wouldn’t move around. My move was from Florida to Texas and as Im opening my items right now, I’m seeing every glass, monitor, tv unmoved and undamaged. From the time I called and talked to Tyler till Luis and his team Justin and Dimitri left after the move, it was professional, friendly and easy. Tyler was on top of everything about pricing and scheduling. The day of Justin kept me informed of when we would meet and they ended up being about an hour early. The quote was for 4 hours but only took 2 hrs and 15 min because those young men did not stop. They were so polite as well. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
