St. Johns County Movers

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Stair Masters Moving! Alex, Patrick, Wyatt, and Bruno were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, confident, incredibly positive, and each of them had the best personalities. Moving from a two-story townhome to another two-story townhome is no easy task, but this team handled everything with such care and efficiency. Their communication was amazing, and they were clear, confident, and organized throughout the entire process. They carefully wrapped and protected all of my belongings and treated everything as if it were their own. What really stood out to me was their attitude. They worked hard, stayed positive, and made what could have been a very stressful day feel so much easier. I truly felt like my belongings were in the best hands. And I have to give a special shout-out to Tyler, the owner and an incredible leader. You can tell a lot about a company by the people who work for it, and Tyler has clearly built a team that takes pride in what they do. His leadership shows in the professionalism, teamwork, communication, and positive attitude of his crew. Patrick, Wyatt, Bruno, and Alex — thank you for making my move such a smooth and positive experience! And Tyler, thank you for leading such an amazing team. I would highly recommend Stair Masters Moving to anyone looking for a professional, caring, dependable, and hardworking moving company. You guys were THE BEST! ❤️

The team was amazing. Jessica was very helpful in getting everything organized 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving

Friendly and fast. They know how to save space. I recommend them. In fact I am using them again next week for a different move. I do wish truck rentals were cheaper everywhere not just here.

Stair Masters Moving was recommended to me by a family member and I am so glad I used them for my recent move. Tyler came out and did a free quote for me. He was on time and very professional. The day of the move Max, Brian, and Deegan arrived on time and quickly moved all my items. These young men were all very polite and respectful. They wrapped everything and where very careful with all my items. Upon delivery they were very careful with my items and put everything back together for me and made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. I would highly recommend Stair Masters Moving for your next move!

The team was exceptionally professional, took construction without any question and moved everything in a very quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend the team at Stair Masters Moving.

Great team. Great communication. Everything was wrapped really well and moved with care and efficiency. Even with the rain, nothing was damaged or ruin. So glad I hired them to help me move out of my third floor apartment.

My move was short notice, and it was just a pleasure to see Tyler and Justice work. I have hard angles in my house and everyone has marked them, but Stair Masters!! Call them, you will not regret it.

I highly recommend Stair Masters Moving! I have had mixed experiences with companies in the past, but Stair Masters is a class above the rest. I had a crew of 3 for 3 hours and they packed my POD impeccably and in great time! Going through a cross country move is stressful enough, but Stair Masters made the whole experience WAY smoother and was worth every penny. From the sales rep who booked my appointment to Tyler and his crew, the whole experience couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and dedicated to their work, which reflected in the care they showed my stuff as they moved it. If you have any doubts, go with Stair Masters. You’ll thank me and yourself later for putting your trust in them!

Not all moving companies are created equal—and after getting to know the team at Stair Masters Moving, it’s easy to see why they’ve built such a strong reputation. From the moment I met them, I was impressed by their professionalism, integrity, and genuine commitment to taking great care of their customers. They clearly understand that moving isn’t just about transporting boxes—it’s about helping people through one of life’s biggest transitions. Tyler and Jessica are awesome! If you’re looking for a moving company that takes pride in exceptional service and doing things the right way, Stair Masters Moving is absolutely worth considering. I’m always happy to support outstanding local businesses, and I’m excited to recommend Stair Masters Moving.

Just used them for a move and very pleased with the entire process from first phone call to checking out after the move was complete. Professional, timely, and cautious with my belongings.

I have nothing but great things to say about stair master movers. They moved us out of our rental home into our new incredibly quickly. But more important than that the full process makes you feel taken care of. I was contacted before I even started the self estimate by the lovely office manager who actually works with your schedule. I get the trepidation people have of having strangers come to the house to do a walk through estimate but it truly is the best way to do it if you want to know a truthful estimate of what costs might be. That plus all the reviews are true and Tyler really is that personable and tries to make sure that you feel heard and gets you what you need. On actual moving day the team they sent us was amazing who worked tirelessly . Quickly , efficiently and best of alll as a team. They got our job done in half the amount of time it was quoted. So truthfully if you are looking for a moving company that will take care of you and your stuff they were one of the best company’s I have dealt with.

We had a great experience with a “load only” move. The owners reach out to you directly and they are very friendly, professional, and flexible! We had a short frame time to move, and we let them know what times works for us and they were more than happy to help us. Owner, Tyler, came out and did a very thorough and personalized estimate for us and made sure we had everything we need to have a successful move. He gave us a great group of movers Eric, Justin, and Kyle. They loaded our stuff into our truck very carefully and it was great to see they all enjoyed doing their job. Thank you guys!!

Great team...extremely hard working crew that exceeds the expectations of my family move..

Five stars all around for this crew! They were prompt professional, and genuinely great people to work with. They took excellent care of my items and made sure everything went seamlessly from start to finish if you need reliable friendly movers to show up on time and do a perfect job look no further. Moving is very stressful, but they made the whole process easy and smooth. Highly recommend their services!

hands down, from first to final contact, this was the absolute best, most efficient, professional and quality moving experience we have ever had. from the get go, we loved the personal visit to make an honest and thorough assessment of needs and the pricing was transparent, and one of the most affordable available. the moving team was phenomenal; friendly, experienced and always working, always moving- they did not try to pad their hours - they simply got the job done and did so in a way that was incredibly effective and convenient for us. we loved them from start to finish and we highly recommend them to anyone and everyone going through a move.

From the very beginning, my experience with Stair Masters Moving was outstanding. Tyler came to my apartment to assess everything that needed to be moved and took the time to explain the estimated cost in detail. He never made me feel rushed and built a great rapport, giving me confidence that my belongings would be handled with care. Jessica was incredibly efficient and accommodating when scheduling my move. The day before the move, I received a text confirming everything was on schedule, which I really appreciated. On moving day, the foreman, Kyle, called to let me know the crew was on their way. Kyle, Bruno, and Wyett were all professional, friendly, and extremely hardworking. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture and TVs, worked efficiently throughout the move, and delivered everything to my new apartment without a single item being damaged. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend Stair Masters Moving to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers in the Jacksonville area.

Tyler sent a crew of 4 hard working young men, they were absolutely wonderful. They made a stressful moving day feel so much smoother with their professionalism, kindness and hard work. They were careful with our belongings, wrapping everything carefully, they were efficient and pleasant to work with from start to finish. I was very pleased ld and grateful for their help.

There’s a reason why Stair Masters comes up at the top when you search up movers on Yelp. This was my first time ever using a moving company and I had a fantastic experience with Stair masters. Tyler did a walk through with me to give me an estimate for my loading. He advised on how many moving blankets, bungee cords and other items I will need for the loading and he was spot on. Team came in on the decided date and were very thorough and careful with all my Items. I had a ton of fragile stuff (glass, crockery, 70inch OLED tv, and a very expensive gaming equipment) and the team did an outstanding job of packaging it and securing it properly in the truck so it wouldn’t move around. My move was from Florida to Texas and as Im opening my items right now, I’m seeing every glass, monitor, tv unmoved and undamaged. Thank you Stair Masters Moving for easing my very hectic moving process.

I’m Steve Carroll, Broker of Select Realty, and I’ve referred many of our real estate clients to Stairmasters Moving, who have consistently done an excellent job. Moving is one of those parts of a real estate transaction that can either make life easier or create a nightmare, and I only refer companies I trust to take care of people properly. The feedback I’ve received from our clients has been outstanding — professional crews, careful handling of belongings, great communication, and reliable service. Stairmasters Moving has proven to be a dependable company I’m comfortable recommending. They’ve earned a great reputation with our customers, and I’m happy to give them a 5-star review.

Best moving company I have ever used!! Very professional, punctual and handled everything quickly and in an organized manner. Would highly recommend.

The Stair Masters movers could not have been better. I highly recommend them. They were fast and efficient and very reasonable.

From the time I called and talked to Tyler till Luis and his team Justin and Dimitri left after the move, it was professional, friendly and easy. Tyler was on top of everything about pricing and scheduling. The day of Justin kept me informed of when we would meet and they ended up being about an hour early. The quote was for 4 hours but only took 2 hrs and 15 min because those young men did not stop. They were so polite as well. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Everything was smooth and effortless from my initial inquiry to moving day. I would recommend this locally owed company to anyone needing movers! Upfront pricing and transparency was a game changer for planning our budget and knowing what to expect.

I had an excellent experience with Stair Masters Moving! They unloaded my trailer into my new home, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Even though I booked very late in the process, Tyler and his team were able to fit me into their schedule, which I was incredibly grateful for. They provided a time slot and arrived right on time. The crew was professional, friendly, and very polite. They handled all of my belongings with care and were careful while moving everything into the house. They frequently asked where I wanted items placed and were more than willing to help with anything I needed. What really stood out was how fast and efficient they were. They worked quickly without sacrificing care, and had my items unloaded and brought into my home in no time. Their teamwork and professionalism made a stressful moving day much easier. Their pricing was fair and a great value for the quality of service they provided. I’m extremely thankful to Tyler and his team for their flexibility, hard work, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Stair Masters Moving to anyone looking for reliable movers. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need moving services!
